Gio Lisboa tours Europe with his comedy show “Medonho”

At just 25 years old, Gio Lisboa is already a prominent figure in Brazilian stand-up comedy. His journey began at the age of 13, supported by a family that recognized his talent for making people laugh. Despite a difficult start in a bar in Praia do Quintão, in Rio Grande do Sul, Gio persevered, turning the initial setbacks into springboards for his flourishing career.

Gio’s breakthrough came with a performance on Comedy Central’s “Stand Up” in 2018. He further honed his craft by working as a videomaker and scriptwriter for Cris Pereira and directing the show “Batendo o Ponto,” by Afonso Padilha. In 2019, Gio released his own content portraying Internacional\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"crazy Colorado fan\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", which quickly went viral.

With over 5 million followers on TikTok, Gio\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s clips often surpass 40 million views, demonstrating his ability to connect with audiences both online and offline. His viral success led him to work as a commentator on TV RBS and as a radio personality on Atlântida, where he humorously delivered football news through his beloved character, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Colorado\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\".
